Mohamed Fawzy Ibrahim Issa’s viva took place on 11st December 2020. The title of his presentation is „Novel Methods for Removing EEG Artifacts and Calculating Dynamic Brain Connectivity”. His supervisors are Dr. György Kozmann and Dr. Zoltán Juhász.

The result of the presentation is summa cum laude.

This year our traditional conference called „Lux et Color Vesprimiensis” will be organised between 12th and 13th November.

The conference will be carried out online, it is free but registration is required. The language of the conference is English.

3 of our colleagues received national award on 29th October 2020. The awards were granted by the Ministry for Innovation and Technology
Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary, Officer's Cross was awarded to Dr. Ferenc Hartung, DSc (Department of Mathematics) and to Dr. Zsolt Tuza, DSc (Department of Computer Science and Systems Technology).

Professor Katalin Hangos, professor of Department of Computer Science and Systems Technology has been awarded the title Honorary Professor at Óbuda University.

The schedule of the PhD Workshop is available in the Program.
The aim of this PhD Workshop is to bring together young people working in the field of process control, supervision and information technology. Emphasis is placed on the exchange of ideas, results, experience and opinions. The Workshop is located at the University of Pannonia, Faculty of Information Technology, (building I)
The Workshop will include several sessions of contributed papers and computer demonstrations.
Topics relevant to the Workshop include:
