The aim of the mentorship programme is to support the career development of the next generation of female leaders and professionals in the energy sector.
We select young women who are interested in energy and climate affairs, who would like to learn more about their career opportunities, and are keen to apply the knowledge gained during their studies in this exciting sector.
The programme will start in October and conclude at the end of April. Both Bachelor's and Master's students are welcome to apply, and there are no restrictions regarding their field of study. It is a unique opportunity for those who would like to gain genuine insight into how the energy industry works and explore the career opportunities it offers.
