We hereby kindly invite you to the Graduation Ceremony of the Faculty of Information Technology, which will take place on 5th of February 2026 at 10:00.
IMPORTANT! If you would like to attend the ceremony to receive your degree in person, please be sure to indicate your intention to attend till 19 January 2026 in writing an email to
Family and friends are welcome to attend the ceremony, but please note that the number of guests in the hall of Building “B” is limited (3 per student). When you pick up your gown, you will be able to collect 3 guest tickets, which will allow your relatives to enter the hall. The ticket entitles the holder to one entry.

Gowns must be worn at the graduation ceremony and can be borrowed free of charge. The gowns can be collected before the ceremony between 8:30 and 10:00 in the cloakroom on the hallway of Building B and C. Students are kindly requested not to leave the University in their gowns and to hand them in as soon as possible after the ceremony.
Please wear appropriate attire for the ceremony (e.g. Ladies: blouse, dark skirt, dress or suit, closed shoes appropriate to the occasion; Gentlemen: suit or dark trousers, shirt, closed shoes appropriate to the occasion).
