Please, find below some pieces of practical information about the ceremony. 

• All the students participating in the ceremony are entitled to get 4 invitation cards for free. (The card is not equal to entrance ticket, you can invite as many guests as you want.). You can get them in I/728 in working time from 21st June 2019 as well as on the day of the ceremony while getting the cloaks.

• Students need to wear a cloak while receiving the degree. Borrowing a cloak is free and compulsory. They can be borrowed before the ceremony between 8 and 9.15 am in the conference hall on the ground floor in building B. We kindly ask our students to get their cloaks till 9.15 and take a seat till 9:45 in the Aula. The cloaks have to be taken back after the ceremony till 12:30 am. Both the receiving as well as the taking back the cloaks have to be authorised by your signature.

• The guests arriving by car can park in the parking area behind building A and building B.

• Your guests can take a seat on the ground floor as well as on the first floor. In case you will have a guest with disability, please notify us.

• While receiving the degree all students will be taken a photo. Therefore, we kindly ask your guests to take phones only from the first floor.

• You can receive your degree supplement and your course book at the Directorate of Academic Affairs in the opening hours. All the documents can only be received personally after identifying yourself.

• You can receive your degree when getting the cloak.
