Challenge Objective:
As Generation Z enters the workforce, they bring unique values, expectations, and digital skills. Nestlé aims to explore what factors will attract young talented individuals to work in our factories in the Central European (CE) region while offering opportunities for career advancement. This idea challenge focuses on creating innovative solutions that resonate with the preferences of this demographic and are feasible for implementation.
In this challenge, participants are tasked with developing innovative solutions to attract and retain young talent to Nestlé factories. They will choose between two main tasks:
- Attracting Young Professionals to Nestlé Factories: Strategies to enhance the appeal of Nestlé factories as career destinations for young professionals. How can we improve the working environment to effectively engage and attract them?
- Retaining Young Talent: Improvements to the work environment aimed at retaining young employees. How can technology and digital tools enhance factory working experience?
